[:fr]Soigné depuis 3 ans par le docteur Sylvie DELANIAN, je viens témoigner de l’amélioration de ma santé.
Tout d’abord mon histoire :
En août 1997, à 47 ans, découverte d’un cancer colorectal.
Traitement par radiothérapie (25 séances pré-opératoires) et chimiothérapie.
Résection colo-anale avec colostomie suivie de chimiothérapie.
Remise en continuité en mars 1998.
Très rapidement en 1998, lourdeur dans le pied gauche puis douleurs plus intenses au lever et au coucher. J’ai appris à vivre avec ces douleurs quotidiennes augmentées par la course ou la marche pendant une dizaine d’années.
Puis, j’ai constaté une amyotrophie du mollet gauche et une claudication progressive est apparue.
Fin 2013, après un travail physique prolongé, j’ai souffert de crampes très douloureuses dans les 2 jambes avec fasciculations dans les mollets. La marche est devenue presque impossible.
En mars 2014, apparition de troubles urinaires quotidiens et suite à une 1ère EMG à Saumur, une SLA est évoquée et un traitement est prescrit (RILUTEK et TOCO).
Six mois plus tard, après une 2ème EMG, le diagnostic de la SLA est remis en cause car la symptomatologie s’est atténuée.
En mars 2015, 3ème EMG à Tours évoquant une radiculopathie des membres inférieurs.
Je suis alors dirigé sur Paris vers le Dr PRADAT qui diagnostique une Plexopathie radio-induite lombo-sacrée et qui m’envoie consulter le Dr DELANIAN.
Depuis 3 ans je suis soigné par le Dr Sylvie DELANIAN qui m’a prescrit le traitement qu’elle a mis au point. J’ai constaté une amélioration rapide, les douleurs devenant supportables et la marche plus aisée.
Soupçonnant une sténose des artères suite aux douleurs persistant dans le mollet gauche, le Dr DELANIAN, après un angio-scanner a mis en évidence une sténose serrée à 70 % de l’artère iliaque gauche. La pose d’un STENT depuis 1 an a contribué à améliorer grandement la marche et à supprimer en grande partie les douleurs.
Je suis maintenant capable de marcher 4 à 5 km sans difficulté.
En conclusion, je suis très reconnaissant au Dr Sylvie DELANIAN qui m’a fait bénéficier de son traitement.
Son expertise et les connaissances qu’elle a accumulées permettent de nourrir beaucoup d’espoir pour soulager les patients qui souffrent des séquelles de radiothérapie.

First my story:
In August 1997, at the age of 47, discovery of colorectal cancer.
Radiotherapy treatment (25 pre-operative sessions) and chemotherapy. Colo-anal resection with colostomy followed by chemotherapy. Continued in March 1998.
Very quickly in 1998, heaviness in the left foot then more intense pain when getting up and going to bed. I learned to live for ten years with these daily pains, which were intensified by running or walking. Then, I noticed an amyotrophy of the left calf and a progressive claudication appeared.
At the end of 2013, after prolonged physical work, I suffered from very painful cramps in both legs with fasciculations in the calves. Walking had become almost impossible.
In March 2014, appearance of daily urinary disorders and following a 1st EMG (Electromyography) in Saumur, ALS (motor neuron disease) is diagnosed and a treatment is prescribed (RILUTEK and TOCO).
Six months later, after a 2nd EMG, the diagnosis of ALS was questioned because the symptomatology had improved.
In March 2015, 3rd EMG in Tours evoked a radiculopathy (pinched nerve) in the lower limbs.
I was then directed in Paris to Dr PRADAT who diagnosed a lumbosacral radio-induced Plexopathy and who sent me to consult Dr Sylvie DELANIAN.
For 3 years Dr DELANIAN, who prescribed a treatment that she had developed, treated me. I noticed a rapid improvement, the pain becoming bearable and the walking easier.
Suspecting stenosis of the arteries following persistent pain in the left calf Dr. DELANIAN used an angio-scanner to highlight a tight stenosis of 70% of the left iliac artery. The insertion of a stent for 1 year contributed greatly to improving walking and largely eliminated pain.
I am now able to walk 4 to 5 km without difficulty.
In conclusion, I am very grateful to Dr Sylvie DELANIAN who enabled me to benefit from her treatment.
Her expertise and the knowledge she has accumulated provide great hope for the relief of patients suffering from the after-effects of radiotherapy.
